SPONSORSHIP AND PARTICIPATION OPPORTUNITIES

Join national champion driver Scott Gaylord's racing team as he blazes through another NASCAR season! Scott and his team offer customized corporate sponsorship opportunities for corporations and organizations large and small. We can help you reach your marketing goals through packages tailored to your needs, from name and brand exposure to employee and customer incentives and adventures. In addition, certain enthusiastic and dedicated individuals may be offered the opportunity to spend the race weekend with the Gaylord NASCAR Racing Team as a member of the pit crew.

CORPORATE PACKAGE

We will work with you and your organization to create a sponsorship package that works for you. Opportunities include name/brand exposure on the Gaylord Racing Team race car, race car hauler, team uniforms and Scott's helmet and uniform. Your logo can be emblazoned on the car hood, fenders, trunk lid and rear of the race car. Your logo could be seen my enthusiastic fans watching television coverage on ESPN, ESPN2, TNN, ABC, TBS, Prime Sports and live coverage on Speed Channel.

We can further that brand exposure through specialty merchandise, including hats, t-shirts, sweatshirts, keychains, posters, etc. And Scott and a team car are available for driver and car appearances at the race track or at the location of your choice. Sponsors enjoy having autograph and photo opportunities with Scott and the car for customer and employee appreciation events.

Sponsor information will be included in driver updates, news releases and on the Scott Gaylord Racing website.

At the races, your organization will have a chance to entertain clients, thank employees and jump-start sales (via contests, sweepstakes, etc.). Those lucky individuals invited to the race will have access to the pit area, garages, Scott and the team. They will have autograph and photo opportunities with Scott and the race car. Your company will also have access to the race and Scott for personal appearances during non-racing times. Corporate sponsorships include the Crew Member package as well, as outlined below.

CREW MEMBER PACKAGE

Attend a NASCAR Winston West race as a member of the Gaylord NASCAR Racing Team! You will spend your entire weekend as part of the team. You'll be interacting with crew members and Scott. Crew members will guide you through your duties for the weekend as your participate on a real NASCAR crew. Your name will appear on our crew list and you'll have access to team updates, news releases and photos.
